On the far left here you can clearly see the split level feature of the floor. This was done not only to enhance the appearance of the room in general but also to house the services,(plumbing and electrics), to allow the room to be drastically changed from it's original layout. The middle picture shows the coved ceiling feature with matching trim and the porthole style bulkhead light fitted to the column. The windows were changed to double glazed Upvc units and vertical blinds were chosen as coverings. In the picture far right in this group, the tile detail. Florence blue with matching border tiles and Marbella grey top tiles were chosen. A lot of painstaking work to achieve a symmetrical appearance.The new toilet set was built onto a 'boxed in' fully tiled arrangement to hide sewer and water pipes that could not be tidied up any other way.

What you see here is one new colonial door and a new wash basin, where there used to be two doors. The splashback is tiled floor to ceiling and the area around the toilet is half tiled. Next to that shows the edge of the new airing cupboard and the fittings above the hand basin, followed by the view of the shower enclosure to the far right.
